Hi There, I’m Pam . . .

Originally from Massachusetts, I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater from UMASS Amherst and a nursing degree from Philip's Beth Israel School of Nursing in New York. For over 15 years I worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) in patient care and clinical research at the globally renowned International Multiple Sclerosis Management Practice and as Director of Marketing & Publicity for the Tisch MS Research Center of New York.

As a practitioner of yoga for over 20 years, I have taken classes in Bikram, Hatha and Vinyasa throughout New York City and The Berkshires. I completed 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher training at LifeWorks Studio in Great Barrington and received my Brain Longevity Therapy training and certification through the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation.

I reside in Lenox with my husband, 2 kids, and 3 dogs!

Yoga is what I do to feel strong, balanced, focused, and free.
