A Therapeutic Approach To Yoga

balance for your

body & brain

A Passion for Yoga with a Background in Nursing.

Pam’s focus is to incorporate brain and spinal cord health-boosting elements that promote neuroplasticity during every practice. Dedicated to helping others achieve their goals and reach their full potential, Pam includes components of neurological rehabilitation into each session, enhancing the brain-body connection and neurological wellness.

What is neuroplasticity?

Neuroplasticity is the ability of the brain to form and reorganize synaptic connections. This can occur in response to learning, experience, or following an injury. Brain cells can grow new branches to connect to other cells. They can also strengthen (or weaken) those connections or synapses resulting in new pathways in the brain. This is neuroplasticity!

It was thought neuroplasticity only occurred in younger, more malleable brains but research has shown it can happen at any age! If brains have the ability to change, so do you! Pam will curate a series of poses resulting in a tailor-made yoga practice. Create those pathways and experience that change and improvement in how your brain functions and body feels.
